As part of the training, the participants will jog to the training site located at the ball field on Elizabeth Street beside the M.S. Bailey Child Development Center. At the conclusion of the field training, the participants will return to the CLD office to be dismissed.
The teaching will include, but not be limited to, the following:

2) Football basics 101
3) Discipline on and off the field
4) Understanding plays
5) Understanding hand signals from the sidelines

7) Endurance
Learning the basics will not only help the player in the game, but serve as a motivation for confidence in the individuals players. The coaches will focus on the individual player's abilities identifying and reinforcing their strengths while learning how to improve any noted weakness. The intent is to help the participant recognize and accept their abilities at that time, yet encouraging and motivating them to achieve a higher level of success in areas needing improvement.
